Hudgell Solicitors has been representing clients for over 25 years as an established law firm with offices in Hull and Manchester. With more than 150 employees, Hudgells’is dedicated to providing a supportive and growth-focused workplace. The course, titled “Conducting Impactful Performance Reviews”, was developed to help Hudgells’ managers:

We worked with three membersofHudgells’ management team, delivering a comprehensive and interactive training experience. The primary aim was to equip managers with the skills to conduct performance reviews that assess performance and inspire employees to reach their full potential.
