The Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship is designed for individuals looking to enhance their management skills and take on more senior responsibilities within their organisations.

Who is the programme for?

This apprenticeship is aimed at individuals in or aspiring to middle-management roles, such as operational managers, department managers, regional managers, or those with significant responsibilities across teams.

It’s suitable for those responsible for delivering organisational goals, developing strategic plans, and managing budgets.

Who’s eligible?

Employment in a Managerial Role: Apprentices should be in or transitioning into a role with responsibility for people and projects, where they can apply management skills at a higher level, such as operational planning and team development.

Age Requirement: Apprentices must be at least 16 years old.

Education Requirements: A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or equivalent is often required. Some programs may prefer candidates with Level 3 qualifications or significant experience in a related field.

Right to Work in the UK: Apprentices must have the right to work in the UK.

Relevant Experience: This program is ideal for those who already have some management experience or have completed a Level 3 qualification in management and are looking to progress to more senior responsibilities.
