Employment in a Team Leader or Supervisory Role: Apprentices should be in a position where they can apply skills in people management, operational planning, and team leadership.
Age Requirement: Apprentices must be at least 16 years old.
Education Requirements: While no specific prior qualifications are required, apprentices usually need a good foundation in English and Mathematics. Some programs may require GCSEs in these subjects or equivalent, though support is available for those needing additional development.
Right to Work in the UK: Apprentices must have the right to work in the UK.
