Employment in a Learning & Development Role: Apprentices should be in a position that allows them to practice L&D skills, such as organising and delivering training sessions or supporting employee development.

Age Requirement: Apprentices must be at least 16 years old.

Education Requirements: Typically, a minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or equivalent is preferred, though support may be available for apprentices needing to develop these skills.

Right to Work in the UK: Apprentices must have the right to work in the UK.

Level of Experience: This program is suitable for those with limited experience in L&D who want to develop skills in training delivery, facilitation, and assessment.
