Course Programme Overview

The Level 4 Commercial Procurement and Supply Apprenticeship is designed to build intermediate-level skills and knowledge essential for effective procurement and supply chain management within an organisation.

This program covers strategic sourcing, contract and supplier management, commercial negotiation, and financial and supply chain analysis.

Through a blend of classroom learning and on-the-job training, apprentices develop the skills needed to contribute significantly to procurement strategies and processes.

Who’s eligible?

Eligibility requirements for the Level 4 Commercial Procurement and Supply apprenticeship generally include:

Employment in a Procurement or Supply Chain Role: Apprentices should be in a role where they can apply intermediate-level procurement skills, such as strategy development and supplier relationship management.

Age Requirement: Apprentices must be at least 16 years old.

Education Requirements: A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or equivalent, though some programs may prefer candidates with a Level 3 qualification in a related field.

Right to Work in the UK: Apprentices must have the right to work in the UK.

Level of Experience: While not necessarily requiring extensive experience, this apprenticeship is suited for individuals who have some foundational procurement knowledge and wish to progress further.
